Emma's Is Ousted In The 1st Round
After A Great Regular Season
Emma's Lost In The First Round
Matt Tomaro made the 1st Team All-Defense. Eric Seguin and T.J. St. Gelais made
the 2nd Team Offense. Justin Terry and Anthony Fogarty both made the 2nd Team All-Defense.
Week 1 - Emma's Beat The Tugboat Tavern Destroyers 30-13.
Matt Tomaro went 9/12 for 110 yards and 3 touchdowns against The Tugboat Destroyers. T.J. St. Gelais
caught 2 td's and Eric Seguin caught the other and led the team in recieving with 5 catches for 87 yards. Justin Terry had
2 sacks and was the defensive standout for Emmas.
Week 2 - Emma's Beat Snyders Sharks 13-7.
Matt Tomaro threw his only touchdown against Snyders to Eric Seguin but he rushed for 100 yards on
5 carries. Justin Terry & Rich Jones both had 2 sacks on the defensive side. Jay Fosmire hit 2 field goals on 2 attempts
and nailed his only extra point try.
Week 3 - Emma's Crushed Quick Response 34-9.
Matt Tomaro threw his only touchdown of the game to his favorite target, Eric Seguin. Tomaro
did most of his damage on the ground going for 78 yards on 6 carries and getting in the endzone twice. "The Unit" Joathan
Johnston carried Emma's past Quick Response with his 133 yards on 12 carries and 2 touchdowns. On the defensive side Anthony
"Warrior" Fogarty had 2 picks for 58 return yards.
Week 4 - Emma's Lost 14-7 to Dunkin Donuts Shockers.
Matt Tomaro went 12/22 for 188 yards in the air and hit Jonathan Johnston for a 38 yard strike and
his only passing touchdown of the game. Rich Jones had his second 2 sack game of the year against The Shockers.
Week 5 - Emma's Beat Red Front 20-12.
Matt Tomaro went 13/18 for 177 yards passing and 2 passing touchdowns. He also rushed for 101 yards
on 4 carries. One of the carries was a 65 yard touchdown. T.J. St. Gelais had 5 catches for 98 yards and a touchdown. Eric
Seguin had the other receiving touchdown on the day and improved his total on the year to 4. On the defensive side Stevie
Ryan had a 35 yard interception and Matt Tomaro had a 2 yard interception. Anthony "Warrior" Fogarty had 3 flags and 2 deflections
on the day. Anthony "Diplacat" Ervwin had 2 flags and a sack for the second week in a row.
Week 6 - Emma's Destroyed Code Orange 41-6.
Matt Tomaro came out with his A game against Code Orange going a perfect 14/14 for 272 yards passing
and 5 Touchdowns. He also had two 2 point conversions, One was a 5 yard run and the other was a 10 yard pass to "The Unit"
Jonathan Johnston. He also had 51 yards rushing. Eric Seguin had a season high 7 catches for 3 Touchdowns and 102 yards receiving.
That now gives Seguin 7 touchdowns in 6 games so far this year. Wayne Hansbury also got some action with 3 catches for 82
yards and 2 Touchdowns. On limited work Jonathan Johnston had 55 yards on 5 carries and one of them was taken to the house
for a td. On the defensive side "Lil Weezy" had 4 deflections and 2 flags. Rich Jones had his 5th sack of the season along
with 3 flags. Steve Ryan also had 3 flags and 2 deflections.
Week 7 - Emma's Shut Out Gotbeer.com 13-0.
Matt Tomaro went 7/13 for 157 yards passing and 2 Touchdowns. On defense Tomaro had his 2nd interception
of the year. Wayne Hansbury had 3 catches for 95 yards and a Touchdown. Eric Seguin had 3 catches for 47 yards and his team
leading 8th Touchdown.
On defense Stevie had 6 flags. Great job Stevie!
Week 8 - Emma's Beat Delorey's 7-3.
Matt Tomaro went 6/16 for 165 yards passing but did his damage on defense with 4 huge interceptions.
T.J. St. Gelais was the star of the game with 4 catches for a season high 122 yards receiving. The Unit ran in his team leading
4th rushing touchdown of the year and scored Emma's only touchdown of the game.
Warrior was all over the field with 5 flags. Stevie had his 3rd interception of the
year and Justin Terry got his team leading 6th sack of the year.
